Ref. SP6 : How Successful People See Money

Every successful person have a perspective about money that the ordinary person might not have , that is the reason they have control over money in such a way that they use money . The ordinary person might be used by money , but success minded people rather know how to use money to their advantage . How you see money depends on how you use it , if you can see money the right way , you will use it the right way to do the right thing .  Let us consider in the following perspective how the successful people see  money ;

 1. Assets , 

Success minded people see money as asset , something they can use to earn more money , or make more profit in life . An asset is something that is  regarded as having value and available to meet debts, commitments, or legacies. Every successful person handles money with care , and does not mess up his or her  money any way possible .

2. Capital 

A capital is wealth in the form of money or other assets owned by a person or organization or available for a purpose such as starting a company or investing. Money is always used as the capital , many successful people start their success ventures with little or no money , yet they end up making more money at the end .  Success is possible with as little money as can be despised by the ordinary person , but the successful people start life with any available money , no matter how small . They used such money as capital to help build little business that later grows into a big businesses .   

3. Defense 

Many successful people use money as a defense , they see that money can defend them against debts , bankruptcy , liquidation , begging , starvation , retrogression , economic meltdown, homelessness, nakedness etc. Truly the bible affirms '' money is a defence: '' Proverbs 7:12 

4. Resources

A resource is a source of supply or support ; all successful people see money as a resource that can supple a need or serve as a help in any field of endeavour . Truly the bible confirms that  ''  ...but money answereth all things.'' Ecclesiates 10:19 In the light of this the success minded person sees money as one of the resources for success . 

5. Medium of exchange 

The success minded person sees money as a medium of exchange ,that can be used to exchange for what is needed in any success venture . Money is used for exchange of goods or services rendered by people .  If you see money that way you know that whatever you need, be it goods or services , your money can afford it ,so you go for it .

6.  Power 

 Successful people see money as power that controls or effects changes , so with money they can make the desired changes or control things to their advantage . Every successful person values money power , thus he does not undermine the power of money to cause changes . Money can control people , effect changes , direct affairs , rule societies , change environment , and turn bad things around for good .

7. Authority

Success minded people see money as an authority that rules people, society , communities , circumstances , even nations . So they know how to use money as an authority to direct the affairs of things in their success ventures . 

8. A Drive 

Successful people also see money as a drive , that can move people , things and places to the next level . Money can be used as a drive that moves things to the desired direction or end . The successful person  sees that with money , they can have what it takes to move in the direction of success and wealth .

The true meaning of success in many ways have being misunderstood by many people . Most people think that , success is having a lot of money , cars , houses , popularity , fame , degrees , companies, factories, congregation , possessions, etc. The truth is that all these things are not the success , but rather they can be a means to success .

The true meaning of success is an individual affair , whatever you want to do in life , if you are able to do it and complete it, that  is success . So success literary means succeeding in everything that you planned to do . If you ever decided to do something and you succeed in doing it is success to you . We are are going to defined success in a step by step approach in the following : 

1. Reaching A Predetermined Destination 

Success can be defined as reaching a predetermined destination of achievement . If you ever have a destination in the journey of success , a place where you want to go, a position you want to  be ,  or a height you want to  reach,  if you finally found yourself in that destination , that is success . 

2. Reaching One's Goals In Life 

When you set a goal and you are able to reach that goal in life , it is success . Setting goals in life is very important , because it defines how successful you are . When you are able to reach the goals that you set in life , that is your success .  

3. Dreams Coming To Pass

 If you come to a level in life , where your dreams come to pass it is success .Dreams are the future expectations of the dreamer , whatever vision of life you have , when it comes to pass in your life , that is success . Dream is where you envisage yourself to be in the near future , a position , a place , a level of ranking , or attainment of life . It is more or less a plan , an ideal future imagination , a night vision of future reality , or a mental portrait of who you want to be in the near future .So when you see your dreams becoming a reality , then it is success to you . 

4.  Accomplishing Your Aim

Being able to accomplish your aim in life is success .  Aims in life are very important , because it is our purpose or the reason for doing what we do or saying what we say , buying what you buy, marrying who you marry , eating the food you eat , going the place you go , studying the course you study , having the friend you have etc.  Our aims in life motivate our actions in life , so when you are able to accomplish your aim , it is called success .

5. Passing Exams Is Success, 

If you ever wrote an examination and you passed the exams that is success . Passing exams is a success on it own for every students , because  you know that the future of that student is hinged in one way or the other to the success of the exams . 

6. Receiving An Answer To Prayers 

If you pray and God answers your prayer it is success , God's yes in our life is final , if God says yes , nobody can say no . So the answer of God to your prayers is the greatest success there is . 

7. Completing Your Building Project 

If you are able to complete your building project is success . Building and completing a project you started is defined as success , to start  a building project is one thing , completing the building is another thing . There are so many abandoned building projects on sites , which people started and they were not able to complete ,So success is seen when the building is finally completed and it becomes a home and a place of habitation . 

8. Executing Your Plans

If you ever planned to do something and you are able to execute what you planned  , it is success . There are so many plans that people had , they were never able to accomplish them , until the day they died . So if you are able to execute your plans ; that is to say you were able to do whatever you planned to do  , it is called success .

In a nutshell we have all been successful in one way or the other, at a level of life , where we are able to achieve fulfillment in our predetermined  destination . So we have success in different category , depending on our visions and level of living .
